How does a team accomplish this? By understanding collective accountability and applying Wiley/Flex® Theory. The program identifies the qualities of a cohesive team and the experience those qualities create.
The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals and organizations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Lencioni's model is the foundation for a proven approach to team development, giving participants a common language for discussions about teamwork and the tools to address teamwork challenges.

Our instructors are highly experienced practitioners who use Team Dynamics to help teams achieve their development goals, and to encourage collaboration.
To get this advantage, teams need:
When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, they are able to build vulnerability-based trust.
When there is trust, team members are able to engage in unfiltered, constructive debate of ideas, leaving all critical options on the table.
When team members are able to offer opinions and debate ideas, they feel accepted and are able to commit to decisions and rally to them.
When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more willing to hold one another to doing what needs to be done.
When everyone is held accountable for doing the right thing, team members will put the team's goals above their individual needs.

The program repeatedly points out to you, as a team, the vision of the key components of The Five Behaviors® model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.
Each individual on the team reflects on and assesses their own personality and gets feedback from their team. Each group report outlines every team member's abilities, team environment and culture, and the behaviors required for overall productivity.

The program is designed exclusively for intact teams and workgroups. The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team harnesses the power of Everything DiSC® and the clarity and simplicity of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model. You can see a sample profile here.
