Project Manager/Analyst
Cory has been with JER HR Group since 2014 as a Data Analyst. He works with Project Managers to research and identify potential market comparator organizations, evaluate job descriptions, accurately match benchmark positions to the market, compile and analysis compensation and benefits data and assist in the development of project exhibits. Cory has many years of experience working with research and analysis in the field of finance and accounting. Cory graduated from The City University of New York at New Paltz in 2006 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.
Associate Director
Sanchitha Gopal holds an MBA in Finance and worked in finance and underwriting prior to joining JER HR Group as an analyst. She handles Finance and Technology, manages HRIS systems, eLearning software and other technology related work including database management and providing technical support to clients and consultants.
