JER HR Group acquires Inspiring Solutions, an organizational development company specializing in healthcare.

Training Network launches Streamery, a mobile-friendly video-on-demand training service.
2021
Training Network launches Trainery, a Human Capital Management brand family with SaaS solutions for online learning, training and compliance management.
Trainery acquires PerformSpark, a performance management SaaS solution.
Trainery launches TRAKSafety, a SaaS solution to manage workforce training, licensing and certification compliance.

JER HR Group acquires compensation specialist Johanson Group and DBSquared technology, expanding its compensation consulting and technology capabilities.
