Adewunmi (Ade) Lewis is an HR professional with over 30 years of varied experience in senior management positions in the public and private sectors. She is skilled in leadership development, teambuilding, learning needs assessment, instructional design, learning delivery, talent acquisition and coaching. Ade’s experience in HR leadership roles ranges from Talent Acquisition to Talent and Organizational Development.

One of her recent accomplishments include leading the design and implementation of an award-winning multi-pillar leadership development program for a United Nations Agency at the UN headquarters in Vienna, Austria. Ade has also led the creation of a learning and development department in the aviation industry. One of the supervisory leadership programs she established for a local government agency in North Carolina also won a national award.

Ade, who is certified leadership coach in Emotional Intelligence EQ i2.0, EQ 360 also holds certifications in behavioral assessment tools such as the MBTI and DiSC. She is a certified Master Trainer, with additional certifications as an instructional designer, Training Director, and diversity trainer.

Her professional experience includes serving in senior management positions in the private and public sectors. Ade holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science – University of London, England and graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Government’s Leadership & Governance Program.

Christy Anderson is a Senior HR Recruiter and Consultant with 20+ years of HR experience. Prior to joining Willis HR in 2022, she led HR functions in food manufacturing, home building, and agriculture industries in California. During that time, she was instrumental in union contract negotiations and strike responses.

Since 2022, she has been advising small business and nonprofits with complex HR issues and talent acquisition efforts. Prior to joining HRP Erin was the HR Manager at Cordillera, managing the Benefits & Safety Administration for 600 employees. She is adjunct faculty and a certified coach at the Center for Creative Leadership headquartered in Greensboro, NC. Gina McAndrewMaster Facilitator

Gina McAndrew is a Master Facilitator for NexaLearning’s onsite and virtual training sessions.  She brings more than 20 years of experience with NexaLearning to deliver high-impact training and development programs.  Gina’s past work supported L&D goals for organizations like Harpo Studios, Reynolds Aluminum, United Airlines, and various chains within the hospitality industry.
