Ade LewisSenior Consultant, Organizational Development

Ade Lewis is an HR professional with over 30 years of varied experience in senior management positions in the public and private sectors. She is skilled in leadership development, teambuilding, learning needs assessment, instructional design, learning delivery, talent acquisition and coaching. Ade’s experience in HR leadership roles ranges from Talent Acquisition to Talent and Organizational Development.

One of her recent accomplishments include leading the design and implementation of an award-winning multi-pillar leadership development program for a United Nations Agency at the UN headquarters in Vienna, Austria. Ade has also led the creation of a learning and development department in the aviation industry. One of the supervisory leadership programs she established for a local government agency in North Carolina also won a national award.

Ade, who is certified leadership coach in Emotional Intelligence EQ i2.0, EQ 360 also holds certifications in behavioral assessment tools such as the MBTI and DiSC. She is a certified Master Trainer, with additional certifications as an instructional designer, Training Director, and diversity trainer.

Her professional experience includes serving in senior management positions in the private and public sectors. Ade holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science – University of London, England and graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Government’s Leadership & Governance Program.

He has served clients in industries such as technology, distribution, and nonprofits. Bob has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator, and trainer. Bob served as a Learning Coach at Southern New Hampshire University where he assisted adult students and managed and mentored a team of coaches. Christy Anderson is a Senior HR Recruiter and Consultant with 20+ years of HR experience. Prior to joining Willis HR in 2022, she led HR functions in food manufacturing, home building, and agriculture industries in California. During that time, she was instrumental in union contract negotiations and strike responses.

Since 2022, she has been advising small business and nonprofits with complex HR issues and talent acquisition efforts. Elizabeth joined JER HR Group in 2010 as Project Coordinator. As Project Manager, Elizabeth is active in interfacing with prospective clients and developing proposals that target their individual organizational needs, as well performing data analysis and managing project progress. Prior to joining JER HR Group, Elizabeth worked with Avon Products, Inc. as a member of the in the Global Legal Department team and held several positions in Human Resources & Training at Saks Fifth Avenue Enterprises.

Erin was Director of Human Resources Plus (HRP) and a Co-Founder of the organization. HRP was acquired by JER HR Group in January 2023. An experienced HR executive, she specializes in strategic HR Management, Training & Development, Employee Coaching, Compensation, and Resource/Operations Management. Prior to joining HRP Erin was the HR Manager at Cordillera, managing the Benefits & Safety Administration for 600 employees. She is a graduate of Hospitality Management at Becker College in Leicester MA.

Ernestine Taylor has worked more than 20 years at the executive level in human resources and organizational development with fortune 500 companies. She is adjunct faculty and a certified coach at the Center for Creative Leadership headquartered in Greensboro, NC. In addition to training custom and open-enrollment programs, Ernestine is certified in a number of psychometric and 360-degree instruments. Gina McAndrewMaster Facilitator

Gina McAndrew is a Master Facilitator for NexaLearning’s onsite and virtual training sessions.  She brings more than 20 years of experience with NexaLearning to deliver high-impact training and development programs.  Gina’s past work supported L&D goals for organizations like Harpo Studios, Reynolds Aluminum, United Airlines, and various chains within the hospitality industry.

As a professional trainer, Gina specializes in employee behavior modification courses—facilitating change at all company levels—from operational tiers through senior management. She is adept at conducting needs analyses, implementing coaching techniques, as well as designing and maintaining incentive programs. Graham Dail has over 30 years’ experience in professional development training, HR support, and compliance training. He is authorized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to teach the OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour training programs in business and industry. He has represented companies in labor relations matters, facilitated dispute resolution processes, investigated and resolved harassment complaints, handled charges before the EEOC and OFCCP. Janet Gould has over 20 years’ experience in the field of human resources.  She has a strong track record of negotiating contract terms with temporary agencies, insurance carriers, employee disputes, and other third parties.  She has dealt with mergers, acquisitions and divesture including managing impacted employees. Her diverse background includes insurance, finance, information technologies, regulatory and compliance.  Her experience includes designing policies and procedures, regulation and compliance issues, administration of benefits and 401(k) programs, recruitment and onboarding. Prior to becoming a consultant, Scott spent 20 years in the government sector, beginning as an active-duty United States Marine and ending as the Director of the Law Enforcement Instructor Training Program for the NC Department of Justice. During his uniformed service, he learned to quickly assess situations, make decisions, and move to action. That bias toward action shows up in his work today as he helps leaders simplify their assessment process so they can make critical decisions and move to action quickly to get those short-term wins that are so important to long-term change.

Teresa is an experienced Human Resources consultant specializing in Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Training and Development. She is a facilitator of customized training sessions, manages onsite HR Audits, and partners with clients to streamline their onboarding processes, managing Hire Right Services to ensure effective job placement. Teresa is also certified in PXT Select™. While working with Human Resources Plus (HRP), Teresa was an integral part of the Recruit and Reward Services team. She attended Wichita State University and brings 20+ years of experience to the team.
