The Online Assessment

To begin, each team member completes a computer-adaptive assessment, from which a group result and comprehensive profile report are produced. The profile itself is a personalized journey that helps teams see where they stand on The Five Behaviors, so they can begin the process of working together more effectively.

With JER HR Group’s QuickStart package, you’ll be set you up with an Electronic Profile Information Center (EPIC) an administration account from which you will email participants an access code to the assessment. You’ll be able to track who has completed it, who needs another reminder, and decide if the respondents get their report upon completion of the survey or if you want to provide printouts later in a training session.

The Report

The 36-page report explains the model, provides an overview of the respondent’s DiSC style, and poses a number of items for team discussion based upon the scores of the team as a whole.

The model of a cohesive team behaviors – Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results are explained in the introductory pages. Each of these sections feature a definition, the team’s results, discussion items, and an action plan. The report ends with a summary of your team’s strengths and its challenges, with additional discussion questions.

EPIC Account

Wiley has introduced the concept of EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) as a simple, cost-effective way to deliver and view online profiles. An EPIC account can be established by JER HR Group, and acts as a dashboard for DiSC and other assessment tools. The EPIC account gives you 24/7 internet access.

EPIC allows you to securely and easily create and manage custom online profiles, offers report options to aid in program facilitation, and options which offer an expanded user experience. EPIC’s growing list of functions offer advantages paper instruments can’t match.

The web-based platform allows you to issue access codes, monitor report completion, and print reports from anywhere.

  • Customized communication

Customize emails with instructions to complete the assessment and automatically send reminder emails. Schedule when the emails will be sent to learners.

  • Customizable Features

Brand reports with your company name, training program, and logo. Your company information appears on the online assessment site and in emailed information from EPIC, providing a consistent association with your brand.

  • EPIC credits

EPIC credits are the “currency” or a ‘meter’ within your EPIC Account to issue access codes for individual reports and generate group/facilitator reports. Once your credits run out, JER HR Group can replenish your account.
