During this phase, we respond to RFPs, clarify questions, identify direction, and present a recommended direction for the project. Upon approval, each client receives a letter of agreement that confirms project steps, deliverables, fees, and a project timeline.
You have a partner to guide you through.
Each client and project is assigned a Senior Manager who guides the project from initiation to completion. As the primary point of contact, the Senior Manager works with you and your team throughout the life of the project. Our staff clearly identifies activities and responsibilities, monitors progress against a delivery schedule, and proactively watches for potential issues, opportunities and solutions. Any issues that arise are addressed openly and respectfully.
