JER HR Group to Discuss Cohesive Team Building at HR Association
David Moff, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Natalie Sanders, J.D., of JER HR Group will be presenting The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ on February 13 at the HR Association of Greater High Point (HRAGHP), an affiliate of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: To help people discover how to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling leadership fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Moff and Sanders will discuss these Five Behaviors, with a focus on the foundational components of Trust and Conflict. The session will also cover the importance of commitment, accountability and results.
A productive, high functioning team establishes trust between team members, engages in conflict around ideas, commits to decisions, holds team members accountable, focuses on achieving collective results and is more fun to be on! Join us for this collaborative and interactive session.
